A plain summary of what information SPARK and this website handle, and who else sees it.
Who is responsible
SPARK V4 is run by Humair Ali, Pakistan. For privacy questions, email spark.supporto@gmail.com.
What stays on your computer
SPARK is built local first. Settings and memory are stored in a SQLite database on your computer when memory is turned on. I don't receive that database. You are responsible for protecting your computer and for backing up anything you want to keep.
Local does not mean everything stays local. Anything you send to an AI provider or a messaging service leaves your computer, as explained below.
What leaves your computer
AI providers: when you use SPARK with your own API key, your prompts and any files or text included in a request are sent to the provider you picked. They process it under their own terms and privacy policy. Check them before sending anything confidential.
WhatsApp: if you connect WhatsApp, SPARK works with your messages through that connection. Messages you pass to an AI feature go to your AI provider as described above. Using this feature carries the account risk described in the Terms.
Licensing: when you activate SPARK and when it checks your license, it contacts my licensing server. This can include your license key, a device identifier, the app version and your activation status. I use it to confirm your purchase, limit activations, reset them if you change computers and disable refunded keys.
Purchase information
Paddle collects your payment details at checkout and handles tax and receipts. I never see your full card number. I receive your name, email address and an order reference so I can create your license, email your key and help you with support. Paddle's own privacy notice covers what it does with your data.
Your key and download link are sent through an email delivery service, and this website is hosted on Netlify. Both process the technical data needed to do that job.
How long I keep things
I keep your license record, which is your email, order reference and activation history, for as long as your license exists. That record is your proof of purchase, and it is what lets me reset an activation or confirm a refund. If you ask me to delete it, you lose that proof and I can no longer reset your key.
Support emails are kept as long as needed to deal with your request and any follow-up.
Your choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask for a copy of your data, a correction or a deletion. Email spark.supporto@gmail.com from your order address and tell me what you want. I may need to confirm it's you first, and I may have to keep some records where the law requires it.
No system is completely secure. Don't put information into SPARK that you can't afford to expose.
