These are the rules for buying and using SPARK V4. They are short on purpose. Read them before you pay.
Who you are dealing with
SPARK V4 is made and sold by Humair Ali, an independent developer based in Pakistan. Orders are processed by Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record. Paddle takes your payment, handles tax and sends your receipt.
By buying, installing or using SPARK you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use it.
Your license
You pay once and get a personal license to use SPARK V4. The license belongs to the person who bought it and is linked to the email used for the order. It is not for resale or for sharing.
SPARK checks your license key when you activate it, and activation is tied to the computer you use. If you change computers, email support with your order email and I will reset your activation. You do not need to buy again.
- Don't share, sell, post or leak your license key.
- Don't bypass or remove the license check.
- Don't redistribute the app or the download link.
Using SPARK
SPARK is an AI assistant, and AI makes mistakes. Answers can be wrong, out of date or incomplete. Check anything important before you rely on it, and don't treat it as legal, medical, financial or other professional advice.
If you give SPARK access to your files, apps or accounts, you are responsible for what you ask it to do with that access. Don't use it to break the law, infringe someone's rights or send content you have no right to use.
Your own API keys
SPARK does not include AI usage. You add your own API key from the model provider you choose, and your requests are sent to that provider. Their charges, limits, privacy practices and terms apply to you directly. I don't pay for your usage and I'm not responsible for their service, pricing or outages.
Keep your API keys private. If a key leaks, you are the one who has to revoke it with your provider.
WhatsApp and other messaging integrations
SPARK's WhatsApp feature connects through an unofficial method, not through WhatsApp's official Business API. SPARK is not affiliated with, approved by or endorsed by WhatsApp or Meta, and using an unofficial connection may go against WhatsApp's terms.
This means WhatsApp can limit, suspend or permanently ban an account that uses it. I can't predict or prevent that. Connect only if you accept that risk, and think about using a secondary number instead of your main one. You will be asked to confirm this before you connect, and by connecting you accept it.
- I am not responsible for any restriction, ban, lost chats, lost contacts or lost access on your WhatsApp account.
- Don't use the feature for spam, bulk messaging or messages to people who haven't contacted you.
- The feature can stop working at any time if WhatsApp changes its system, and I don't promise to fix it by a certain date.
- The same applies to any other messaging integration in SPARK that does not use an official API.
Payment, delivery and updates
The price, currency and taxes are the ones shown at checkout. Your license key and download link are sent by email to the address you used for the order. If nothing arrives, check your spam folder, then contact support.
I release updates from time to time, but I don't promise a schedule or any specific feature. Features may change or be removed as the product develops.
Refunds are covered on the Refunds page. In short, a refund is available only while your key has not been activated.
When a license can be disabled
I can disable a license key if it is refunded, if it was shared or leaked, if the payment is reversed or disputed, or if the product is being misused. If you have a problem with a charge, contact me first. Opening a chargeback without contacting me may lead to your license being disabled while the dispute is open.
No guarantees, limited liability
SPARK is provided as it is. I work to keep it useful and stable, but I can't guarantee it will always work, be error free or fit your purpose.
As far as the law allows, I am not liable for lost data, lost accounts, lost profits or indirect damage from using SPARK, and my total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for your license. This does not remove any right you have under the law of your country that can't be waived.
Changes and contact
I may update these terms as SPARK changes. The version on this page when you buy or use SPARK is the one that applies.
Questions about these terms: spark.supporto@gmail.com. Don't send card numbers or passwords.
